AlissaCoach Brian Crow

Coach Brian Crow started TRI PERFORMANCE in October 2007.  His passion for fitness has driven him to participate in over 100 multisport events.  With over 16 years experience in coordinating races, coaching athletes and general health and fitness you are assured a well balanced and educated approach to timing and training.

Brian holds a degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of North Texas and is certified by Coopers Aerobic Institute of Dallas Biomechanics of Strength Training, Coopers Aerobic Institute of Dallas Providing Dietary Guidance, a Cycle Reebok Spinning Instructor, a AAPHERD Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist, a NASM Certified Trainer, a USA Triathlon Coach, a USA Triathlon Race Director, American Red Cross Life Guard,  and is a Certified Heart Rate Training Specialist. 

Coach Crow was sponsored by Amino Vital from 2004-2008, as well as by Cavalier Logistics in 2007 during his triathlon career.  Brian Crow brings a positive and fun attitude to training: making the experience mentally and physically rewarding.  Proper technique, a well planned exercise program and a strong desire to be the best are paramount in reaching maximum results.

The desire to help others excel and to give people a chance to challenge themselves has lead Brian to host and time events in the Mid Atlantic Area.  Tri Performance times all sort of events including 5k races, fun runs, Cycle races, Triathlons and Duathlons.   If you need it timed we can help, and if you need help getting your event started Tri Performance has the experience to get your event up and going from budgetary concerns, course design, where to go to get permits, how many volunteers needed, how much food and water to have on the course and more.  Let my knowledge work for you.
