Run coaching will help you improve your efficiency, form and technique. We will analyze your gate and help you with your shoe fit to make sure your starting on the right foot.

RUNNING COACHING INCLUDES:
  • Consultation either in person, via phone or email.
  • Analysis of running form and biomechanics.
  • Initial endurance testing to establish your training zones.
  • Periodized strength and aerobic schedules sent monthly.
  • Nutritional overview and guidance.
  • Heart rate training zones established.
  • Unlimited contact to your coach via email and phone.
  • Final race preparation to ensure your on track.

Track Only Training (this includes all track workouts put on by Tri Perforamance).
$25/month (members) $30/month (non members)

Individual Running Gate Video Analysis (replaces the per hour lesson rate)
$75 (members) $90 (non team members)

Run Specific Plan (this includes all track workouts and a monthly program for your key races. Plan also includes unlimited emails, text and cell calls to the coach).
